How To Heal Soul Tiredness

There’s a specific kind of exhaustion. It’s the kind that sits in every part of your being, yet somehow you can’t pin point it. You’re still going through the motions of life—getting the kids to school, managing the work, ticking the boxes, but you always feel off and disconnected. You can sleep for ten hours and you wake up just as drained. I know this exhaustion intimately. I was a mom of three young kids, utterly depleted—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, energetically from the many lemons life kept handing my way.
