Join The Spiritual Revolution - The Sovereign Soul Podcast

If you’re new to my work, welcome. I help people reclaim their personal power so they can experience sovereignty over their own soul. That inner shift—coming home to yourself—ripples outward. It strengthens your relationships. It increases resilience. It de-stresses the body. And ultimately, it helps you live a happier, more aligned life.

But truthfully? The deeper reason I do this work… the real reason I started this podcast… is because I want to

help the world become a better place.

We can't change the world. But we can change ourselves.

That’s the truth that sits at the core of this work.

We all carry a picture of what we wish the world looked like—ideals, hopes, visions. But the reality around us

doesn’t match. It’s disjointed, disconnected, and in many ways, deeply broken. And if we’re being really honest with ourselves (instead of walking around in cognitive dissonance), we can feel the difference.

This is where personal responsibility becomes the foundation for radical transformation.

Because in a world where leadership is corrupted, the only leadership we can truly trust is the leadership we

embody within ourselves.

Be the leader you wish you had.

I believe the only way to create an ideal world is through healthy leadership—and that starts with you. In your

actual daily life. In your relationships. In your nervous system. In how you show up.

For me, that leadership begins at home. I’m a single mom of four. That’s my main focus in the world. That’s my

direct sphere of influence. And the best thing I can do for this planet is raise emotionally healthy, loving, lovable,

kind human beings.

But it doesn’t stop there.

Every one of us—no matter where we live or what our circumstances are—touches others. Every interaction,

every relationship, every energetic exchange is an opportunity to lead with integrity.

You want a better world? Be better.
You want equality? Treat people equally.

It all starts inside.

I say this with love, but also with fire: No one is coming to save us.

Not politicians.
Not systems.
Not star beings or frequencies or rainbow unicorns.

We’ve been sold a lie that change will arrive from the outside—but real transformation begins within. We have

to raise our own frequency, not wait for some cosmic rescue mission. We have to lead ourselves out of the dark.

And that doesn’t mean becoming perfect. It means showing up, every day, with integrity. With honesty. With

emotional intelligence.

Personal responsibility is the beginning of sovereignty.

When we’re in victim mode, we feel powerless. Life is happening to us. We feel defeated, helpless, bitter.

But when we take radical ownership of our thoughts, emotions, triggers, and patterns—life begins to shift. We

move from Why is this happening to me? to How can I use this to evolve?

That shift is where freedom lives.

That shift is how we reclaim our sovereignty.

And the more of us who make that shift, the more chance we have at building a world where no one is left behind.

A world where everyone has enough. A world where creativity flows without harm, where boundaries protect

without punishment, and where we remember that abundance is the truth—and lack is the lie.

This is the work. This is the call.

If you’re someone who feels the inequality of this planet in your bones...
If you know deep down we’re all equal and capable of more...
If you’re done waiting and ready to rise...

This podcast is for you.

Let’s become the leaders we wish we had.
Let’s create the world we know is possible.
Let’s do the real work. Together.

How to Deal with Unconscious People Without Losing Your Peace

Get access to my free resource library for personal and spiritual development here.   Today, I want to talk about a question I get asked all the time: How do I deal with unconscious people? You know the ones. The people who just don’t get it . The ones who move through life in a way that feels… illogical, frustrating, or downright dumbass. (And let’s be honest, the world is full of dumbassery right now—war, abuse, homelessness, starvation. The human condition is steeped in it.) I’ve been an intuitive energy healer for nine years now, and I work directly with the soul. What I’ve come to see, again and again, is this: We each have a different story, but the patterns ? They’re all playing out in just a few predictable ways—fear, insecurity, avoidance, control, shame. And these patterns? They’re not even original. They’re programmed. Installed. Looped. Recycled. And unless we get conscious of them, we’ll keep playing the same movie with different characters over and over again. So...

The Soul’s Journey, Survival, and the Spaces In Between

Get access to my free resource library for personal and spiritual development here.   I got this interesting newsletter today. It talked about the three stages of soul development—something I’ve lived through over and over. It's a continual process that happens inside of us: The buildup —life becomes unbearable in some way. You feel stuck, stagnant. Like you've hit a wall and can’t go any further from where you are. The life-altering moment —this could be an illness, a deep meditation, a near-death experience, teacher plants, a dream, or some unexpected crack in reality that shows you the other side . The integration —how you make sense of what you’ve seen and begin embodying it in this physical world. I can absolutely relate to this. But it’s a long-ass process. Sometimes it feels too long. Weeks pass like days. Months disappear before I even notice. And suddenly, we’re halfway through the year, and I’m asking myself: Where did the time go? Still, when I zoom ...

Is Your Life a Pre-Decided Blueprint? The Paradox of Free Will & Soul Contracts

Get access to my free resource library for personal and spiritual development here.   Is your life a pre-decided blueprint?   In other words—has it already been decided, before you’re even born, that you’ve chosen every experience? Your family, your struggles, your "soul contracts," the things you think you have to do, or the things you want to do?   Or… is this all just a nurtured lie of the matrix?   Here’s the paradox: Are people choosing to wake up before they’re born? Or are some choosing to stay asleep?   I think it’s both.   If we have free will, it doesn’t mean we’re always making conscious choices. Most people operate on autopilot—making decisions from unconscious conditioning, societal programming, or manipulated influences. That’s not free will.   But for those awakening—whether in sudden epiphanies or gradual realignments—every moment of clarity reinforces the blueprint we did choose for ourselves.   ...
