You’ve got to be fucking hungry for change, and totally committed to the work in order to change
That’s the core of it. No sugarcoating, no bypassing. If you want freedom—real freedom—it’s not coming from outside you.
I support awakening souls to live beyond the ego and its implanted limitations so they can reclaim their personal sovereignty. And I love what I do—not because it’s easy, but because it’s real, and it's life changing!
Most of this planet is still programmed to outsource power. People are looking for love, God, healing, salvation—everything—outside themselves. But true transformation doesn’t work like that. Nothing changes until you take personal responsibility.
I’ve been an energy healer for over a decade, and the number of people who come to me wanting me to “fix them” without doing the internal work? Too many to count. My work is like energetic plumbing: I can help clear your pipes. But if you’re not doing your own work, you’ll just block them up again with the same old story, patterns, and beliefs.
Energy healing is incredible. Life-changing. It was a key part of my own spiritual awakening. But even with that, I had to show up. Daily meditation. Daily self-reflection. Inner discipline. I had to want to know myself. I had to be willing to let go of who I thought I was to become who I really am.
That’s the part most people resist.
Personal responsibility is the doorway to personal sovereignty.
It’s how we move from victim to driver of our own lives. It’s not a one-time event or a single session. It’s a lifelong journey of action—both internal and external.
And internal action? That’s the real gold.
How do you speak to yourself?
Are you aware of your emotions, or just reacting from them?
Do you justify your triggers by blaming others instead of owning your own shadow?
Change doesn’t happen by accident.
You need three things:
Intention to change
Tools to support the change (like energy healing, mentoring, emotional intelligence)
Willingness to take aligned action, especially the hard inner stuff
It’s rare, this kind of commitment. Most people are lukewarm. But the ones who are on fire? Those are the ones who change the world—starting with themselves.
And when someone who’s hungry for growth meets a guide who’s just as passionate about helping them? That’s when fire meets fire. With Love,
Rose - The Sovereign Soul
