The Courage to Disidentify: How We Heal the World by Reclaiming Ourselves

I believe that each person who takes personal responsibility for their soul healing creates a ripple effect, and that ripple has the power to heal the world.

Feel it, even if you don’t understand it.

There’s a guy I follow on LinkedIn who ends his posts with the line: “If you don’t understand it, then maybe you’ll feel it.” That really landed with me. Because this work is beyond intellect and logic.

And I hope you can feel the truth behind what I’m about to say.

I am going to talk about spiritual, emotional, and existential inequality. The kind that’s been seeded deep into our subconscious and our belief systems and keeps us stuck in fear, disconnection, separation and unconsciousness.

Why are we so afraid of being different from each other?

It blows my mind how scared we are of each other’s differences.

Why does “different” trigger fear, and create such massive threat to ones existence? Like accepting our differences makes every about you wrong? Because it shakes the foundation of ego identity.

It threatens the illusion of who you think you are. Most people don’t actually know what they are—they only know who they think they are.

You are not your job, your body, your religion, your upbringing. Those are just a story. A very surface level experience.

WHAT you are… is an individualised expression of source.

You are source, experiencing itself.

Before anything existed, there was source—pure love, energy, presence. And then came the impulse to experience, to create, to expand. So source fractured itself into expressions. That’s us. That’s souls.

Soul is an individual expression of source.
Spirit is the connection to the whole.
And what we truly are is divinity. Equal. The same at our core.

But somewhere along the way, that knowing was hijacked.

Truth can be hijacked, it's called spiritual amnesia.

What happens when a soul forgets what it is? It starts clinging to who it thinks it is. To roles, labels, beliefs, conditioning. And the more identified we are with those stories, the more separate we become from our true nature. From each other. From the divine.

That separation isn’t an accident—it’s engineered. There are spiritual systems around this Earth that thrive on keeping souls disconnected from source. Hierarchies that mirror the power dynamics we see here in the physical.

The “God” most people worship? In my view, that’s not the ultimate source. That’s another fragment—one that’s positioned itself as the all-powerful authority. It demands your soul, your devotion, your submission.

And if you don’t obey, you’re threatened with hell.
Hell is a concept invented to keep you afraid.
And fear keeps you controllable.

Human beings are not evil. They’re innocent.

I don’t believe we’re born into sin. I believe human beings are like children. We want to be seen, accepted and loved. We want to belong. We want to be led and guided to our highest potential. And because of that innocence, we’re easily manipulated.

That’s how we ended up with broken systems, harmful traditions, and spiritual lies passed off as truth. Hierarchies of power—both physical and spiritual—exist because most people have been conditioned to give their power away.

Their innocence has been abused and their connection to divinity intercepted to cause separation.

The cycle stops when you say: “This isn’t working.”

Take abusive family dynamics, for example. If you grew up in a household where you were constantly criticised or controlled, that becomes your norm. You might even repeat it with your own kids, thinking: “Well, this is just how kids are raised.”

But real change comes when someone—you—has the courage to say:

“This didn’t work for me. I’m going to do it differently.”

That shift isn’t about blame. It’s about sovereignty. It takes massive courage. It’s about choosing to lead from a higher knowing, not from inherited pain, not wanting to admit that your childhood was "wrong".

That kind of bravery is like gold on this planet today. It makes you a revolutionary, because it will put a stop to toxic dynamics. It can allow space for healing.

Your beliefs create your reality.

When you start to see clearly, when you dis-identify from ego identity… you begin to feel different. You stop looking for external validation—from society, parents, God—and you start living from an inner integrity. You are who you are cos it is the right thing to do, not out of fear, obligation or manipulation.

That is where true power lies.

The revolution begins with dis-identification.

To change the world, you have to be willing to change yourself and question everything you've been taught to believe about yourself.

That means:

  • Dismantling inherited belief systems.

  • Letting go of false truths and punishing doctrines.

  • Choosing integrity over approval.

  • Taking radical responsibility for your own soul.

It’s not easy. It takes courage. But it’s the path back to equality, and healed world.

How to Deal with Unconscious People Without Losing Your Peace

Today, I want to talk about a question I get asked all the time: How do I deal with unconscious people? You know the ones. The people who just don’t get it . The ones who move through life in a way that feels… illogical, frustrating, or downright dumbass. (And let’s be honest, the world is full of dumbassery right now—war, abuse, homelessness, starvation. The human condition is steeped in it.) I’ve been an intuitive energy healer for nine years now, and I work directly with the soul. What I’ve come to see, again and again, is this: We each have a different story, but the patterns ? They’re all playing out in just a few predictable ways—fear, insecurity, avoidance, control, shame. And these patterns? They’re not even original. They’re programmed. Installed. Looped. Recycled. And unless we get conscious of them, we’ll keep playing the same movie with different characters over and over again. So when someone’s behaviour triggers you—when someone’s unconsciousness is loud and in your ...

The Soul’s Journey, Survival, and the Spaces In Between

I got this interesting newsletter today. It talked about the three stages of soul development—something I’ve lived through over and over. It's a continual process that happens inside of us: The buildup —life becomes unbearable in some way. You feel stuck, stagnant. Like you've hit a wall and can’t go any further from where you are. The life-altering moment —this could be an illness, a deep meditation, a near-death experience, teacher plants, a dream, or some unexpected crack in reality that shows you the other side . The integration —how you make sense of what you’ve seen and begin embodying it in this physical world. I can absolutely relate to this. But it’s a long-ass process. Sometimes it feels too long. Weeks pass like days. Months disappear before I even notice. And suddenly, we’re halfway through the year, and I’m asking myself: Where did the time go? Still, when I zoom out, I can see how much has changed—especially over the last nine years. This awakening...

Is Your Life a Pre-Decided Blueprint? The Paradox of Free Will & Soul Contracts

Is your life a pre-decided blueprint?   In other words—has it already been decided, before you’re even born, that you’ve chosen every experience? Your family, your struggles, your "soul contracts," the things you think you have to do, or the things you want to do?   Or… is this all just a nurtured lie of the matrix?   Here’s the paradox: Are people choosing to wake up before they’re born? Or are some choosing to stay asleep?   I think it’s both.   If we have free will, it doesn’t mean we’re always making conscious choices. Most people operate on autopilot—making decisions from unconscious conditioning, societal programming, or manipulated influences. That’s not free will.   But for those awakening—whether in sudden epiphanies or gradual realignments—every moment of clarity reinforces the blueprint we did choose for ourselves.   I spent the first 39 years of my life deep in the matrix, desperately searching for my way ...
