Existential Dread & the Path to Inner Freedom: A Soul-Centred Solution

What if the reason you feel hopeless isn’t because something is wrong with you — but because something is deeply wrong with the world, and you can see it?

I hadn’t heard the term existential dread until recently, but the moment I looked it up, I realised — I’ve been living with it since at least 2020, maybe longer. It’s not the same as an existential crisis, which often hits as a moment of uncertainty or awakening. Existential dread, for me, has been a long, heavy ache in my soul — a knowing that something is fundamentally wrong with the world we live in, and a feeling of helplessness in the face of it, because I couldn't help to make it better.

From a young age, I believed in peace, harmony, and unity. I thought the world could — and should — reflect that. But life quickly showed me otherwise. And it wasn’t until I experienced a full-blown spiritual awakening that I began to see the real picture: the Earth — and humanity — are not just disconnected from peace… we’re disconnected from ourselves.

We are one organism.
Every being, every plant, every drop of water and gust of wind — it’s all part of the same living whole.

And when one part of the organism suffers, the whole thing does.
But what happens when the systems we live under are designed to keep us fragmented and disconnected?

That’s where the dread comes in.

When you wake up to the mess — not just the physical chaos, but the spiritual manipulation surrounding Earth — it can be unbearable. You see the pain, the corruption, the apathy, the planetary destruction, and you wonder, What can I even do?
You feel like a speck in a machine that doesn’t care if you exist or not.

And that’s exactly what keeps us disempowered: this illusion that we are powerless.

But we’re not.

The Truth: You Are Not Powerless — You Are a Blueprint

When I finally began to live the truth of my own sovereignty, everything changed. The dread began to ease. Because suddenly I had a solution. A clear one.

I can leave a blueprint for others to heal and transmute all the bullshit, by being a soul rebel of light.
For my children. For my community. For anyone willing to reclaim their soul and choose sovereignty over submission.

We don’t heal this world by fighting it.
We heal it by becoming the light within it.

Your self-healing becomes a ripple of truth.
Your personal responsibility becomes a beacon of leadership.
And your sovereignty becomes contagious — in the best way.

We are not here to force or convert.
We are here to be the example — and invite others into that frequency.
That is leadership.
That is purpose.
That is how we dissolve existential dread — by embodying the truth, and not letting the system defeat us, but rather rising above it! We vibe higher!

And no, this work isn’t easy. It’s vulnerable. It often means breaking the rules of society and spirituality. It means ripping off the bandage of belief systems and letting the pus come out. But the healing is worth it.

A Personal Invitation:

If you’ve felt this deep ache — this hopelessness, dread, or disconnect — you are not alone.
And more importantly, you’re not broken.
You may simply be awaking up to the fact that we are one organism, and that organism is hurting.

If you feel called to be part of the solution, be a rebel, be a light, be bigger and brighter than all of the ugly.

Because the solution to this planetary crisis isn’t out there.
It’s in you.
And every time you take responsibility for your healing, the ripple grows.
And that ripple?
That’s how we heal the world.

Is Your Life a Pre-Decided Blueprint? The Paradox of Free Will & Soul Contracts

Get access to my free resource library for personal and spiritual development here.   Is your life a pre-decided blueprint?   In other words—has it already been decided, before you’re even born, that you’ve chosen every experience? Your family, your struggles, your "soul contracts," the things you think you have to do, or the things you want to do?   Or… is this all just a nurtured lie of the matrix?   Here’s the paradox: Are people choosing to wake up before they’re born? Or are some choosing to stay asleep?   I think it’s both.   If we have free will, it doesn’t mean we’re always making conscious choices. Most people operate on autopilot—making decisions from unconscious conditioning, societal programming, or manipulated influences. That’s not free will.   But for those awakening—whether in sudden epiphanies or gradual realignments—every moment of clarity reinforces the blueprint we did choose for ourselves.   ...

Sovereignty: Driving Our Own Existence

Get access to my free resource library for personal and spiritual development here.   Sovereignty, to me, it’s everything. Sovereignty means we are the drivers of our life, and actually, our entire existence. It’s not fate, not destiny, not God pulling the strings. And yet, it often feels like it is, because so much of life appears preordained, like we’re moving through some closed circuit. But if we’re sovereign, we have to own that we chose it . Every single thing. The family we were born into. The circumstances we find ourselves in. The lessons, the heartbreaks, the miracles. If we didn’t choose them, then what does that say about our freedom? It would mean we’re being driven by something outside of ourselves—and to me, that’s not sovereignty. Sovereignty = Freedom My life’s mission, both personally and in my work, has been reclaiming autonomy at the deepest level. Emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, and physical. Because let’s be honest: the systems built on this pla...

Food - The Deepest Programming On Earth

Get access to my free resource library for personal and spiritual development here.   One of the biggest things on my mind right now is food . I’ve spoken before about what I call the three greatest deceptions on Earth — food, love, and God. And today, I want to go deeper into the food piece. I’m currently on a water fast , rereading a book I’ve read a few times before — it’s about living as a breatharian , people who live without food. Yes, it’s possible. People have done it. People are doing it. Most would say it’s insane. But then again, people say fasting is insane, too. There are those who can’t even imagine going a day without food, let alone exploring what it means to live free of it altogether. Yet, I recently watched a documentary about a man who did a 55-day water fast — not as an act of spiritual defiance, but to heal his body. People around him were horrified, calling it “dangerous” and “unhealthy.” That’s how deep the programming goes. We are absolutely consumed by ...
