The first time I got my hands on a spiritual-ish book, it was about Zen Buddhism. I was thirteen. That little library book blew my mind. It shifted how I carried myself, how I thought, how I felt. It was profound. And while I’ve read many books since then that had a similar effect, I’ve noticed something: those big, moving insights always need integration.
And after the integration, I’m still me. I’m still Rose, still this avatar in a body, figuring myself out.
Seeing the Human Condition
Over the years, as I’ve woken up, healed, and remembered more of who I am, I’ve developed a deeper ability to see human nature. But here’s the thing: I see it through my own human nature. Understanding myself has allowed me to understand others.
What I’ve realised is that no matter what stories we’ve lived, our dysfunction tends to play out in only a handful of ways. The “human condition,” when we’re operating from ego and unconscious programming, is surprisingly limited.
Some people shrink into the “small ego” of inferiority. Others inflate into superiority. Many bounce between both. Our patterns might differ in detail, but at the core, they’re the same. That’s why when I see someone, I can usually sense where they’re at — not in judgement, but in recognition.
And yet, within each of us lives both light and dark. We all have the capacity to live from higher awareness and from lower consciousness. It’s not about erasing the ego but about dissolving its grip through self-honesty and awareness.
Awakening Is a Process
Awareness changes everything. It loosens the threads of unconscious programming and allows us to step into sovereignty. But it doesn’t happen overnight.
In my work, I’ve walked with clients for years — some shifting deeply after four years of consistent practice, others still uncovering patterns after seven or eight. And that’s okay. We each wake up at our own pace.
What I love about this process is that it brings compassion. I can see those who are “fast asleep” not as hopeless, but simply unaware. Because I know — we all can wake up. We all can choose sovereignty. Until then, yes, it feels like lambs led to slaughter. But I believe in people’s ability to remember themselves. That’s why I do this work.
Living Authentically
True awakening isn’t about escaping into a single moment of enlightenment. It’s a path. And on that path, we integrate what shifts us while still living as ourselves — avatars carrying deeper awareness.
When we’re asleep and playing out ego loops, we aren’t living authentically. We’re just running the same handful of patterns, generation after generation.
To live authentically, we have to step out of those patterns. We have to be brave enough to admit how limited they are, to let go of the shore, and reach new lands. That’s where we reclaim our value, our worth, and our freedom. That’s where sovereignty lives.
Because when one person wins, we all win. When one person chooses consciousness, humanity shifts.
The Invitation
We came here not to replay the same old programmes, but to live an authentic source experience. To remember ourselves. To walk the path of awareness, compassion, and sovereignty.
The question is: are you willing to let go of the loops and live from the deeper truth of who you are?
