Sovereignty, to me, it’s everything.
Sovereignty means we are the drivers of our life, and actually, our entire existence. It’s not fate, not destiny, not God pulling the strings. And yet, it often feels like it is, because so much of life appears preordained, like we’re moving through some closed circuit.
But if we’re sovereign, we have to own that we chose it. Every single thing.
The family we were born into. The circumstances we find ourselves in. The lessons, the heartbreaks, the miracles.
If we didn’t choose them, then what does that say about our freedom? It would mean we’re being driven by something outside of ourselves—and to me, that’s not sovereignty.
Sovereignty = Freedom
My life’s mission, both personally and in my work, has been reclaiming autonomy at the deepest level. Emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, and physical. Because let’s be honest: the systems built on this planet are not designed for human sovereignty. They are designed for control.
Freedom isn’t just some political slogan. It isn’t about rebelling against external authority for the sake of it. Sovereignty is freedom at the level of consciousness. It means reclaiming our free will, our power to choose—consciously.
Most people are making choices from their subconscious. From conditioning, fear, defence mechanisms, programming, manipulation and brainwashing . From contracts they don’t even remember signing or agreeing to.
That’s not freedom. That’s sabotage and a high jacking of consciousness at a very very deep level. yet somewhere we have unknowingly agreed to it or it could't happen.
Conscious Choice vs. Subconscious Autopilot
Most of our reality is run by the subconscious. Jung called self-knowledge and self-actualisation the highest work we can do.
And yet, instead of truly knowing ourselves, most of humanity prefers to fit in. To belong to the collective script, to be part of the “something bigger” that’s already been written. They are trusting and don't question the system, nor themselves. They unconsciously follow, agree and trust.
But following to fit in comes at a price: we give away our sovereignty. We hand over our choices. We let fear and separation dictate how we live.
And fear is always a low vibration.
Love is always a higher vibration.
That’s the simplest measure of consciousness: are we vibrating in fear and separation, or in love and unity? One frequency knows itself, the other is lost from itself.
The Scary (and Liberating) Truth
Even when we feel like victims, manipulated, or brainwashed—we still chose it at some level. Somewhere, some version of us handed over sovereignty. Which means we can also take it back.
To reclaim it, though, we have to face the discomfort:
-
Admitting where we’ve been manipulated.
-
Owning where we manipulate others.
-
Letting go of the parts of ourselves that live connected to fear and separation.
-
Choosing our freedom and divinity—even when it costs us fitting in.
This is not easy work. It’s uncomfortable. You could be judged, called “woo-woo,” weird, even dangerous . But it is the only way to be truly free.
Choosing the Higher Frequency
When we vibrate higher, we feel better.
Kindness. Empathy. Connection. Integrity. Oneness. That’s what feels good—not because it pleases a parent, partner, or god—but because it aligns with who we are at our core. And when we operate that way, we are literally vibrating at a higher frequency.
At any moment, we have the power to choose the higher frequency. To step out of autopilot, unconsciousness, and into awareness. To stop denying our sovereignty and start driving our own lives again.
And yes, it is a superpower.
Because if every human being truly reclaimed that power, the world would not be in the state it’s in today.
